Co***ny was founded in 1959, is one of the initiatory enterprise of China vacuum industry.
In 1984, Co***ny is renamed to Zibo Vacuum Equipment Plant; in 1996, co***ny Joint venture with GERMANY SIEMENS to set up SIEMENS vacuum pump compressor Co.,Ltd ; the co***ny name changed to Zibo Vacuum Equipment Factory Co., ltd. on April 27, 2000 .The first passed the ISO9000 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2004 environmental management system certification, GB/T2800-2001 occupational health and safety management system certification. Has undertaken the national torch plan, Shandong science and technology development plan, Shandong Province, science and technology special subject, draft 4 items national standards, 10 items industry standards.
